Not as far as I know. The nearest one that I have heard of or anyone doing something similar is Pennsylvania. You could always be the first on the East Coast ;)

We are also in the process of just getting approved (still waiting on our letter :) for Tennessee. It's a lot of work, but it is all worth it.

If you can't find a home our east, you are always welcome to move south (LOL).
