[freegeek-startup] Questions regarding TN startup

Thanks for everyone's feedback. We have heard back from freecycle, and are working on changing the name of the organization. He have some new ideas and will hopefully have one chosen by weeks end.

Outside of everyone's concern about the freecycle part, no one has answered about the free geek part. Can the businees be named something legally and the state "A Free Geek Organization" instead of Free Geek Tennessee.

I third this concern with the use of the name Computer FreeCycle. "The
Freecycle Network" currentley has cases concerning violations of their
trademark.
