[freegeek-startup] Introduction

Aloha Folks!

Just wanted to drop a note to officially end my "lurker" status on this
list.  I wanted to say THANKS to all who have shared their experience
here.  I am subscribing to this list because I am VERY interested in
helping FreeGeek succeed. The fact I live in the Los Angeles area makes
regular volunteering a significant logistical problem.  I'm not sure I
have the skills or knowledge to spawn a satellite operation locally, but
having this list as a resource certainly has been encouraging.

I'm sorry to have missed the intergalactic meeting, but I have been
watching the wiki pages and this list for reports of the events and
discussions.  Thanks in advance for anything that the participants can
post here or on the wiki....
