Hello all,
    Looks like you have a good thing going at free geek. I have been doing simular things in my town , but on a very small scale.  Self education , I guess you could call it. Mostly getting old pc's and learnning while fixing them , then finding them a home to a seniur person or some one less fortunate than me. It's difficult to find reusable parts in my area, so I've had to sell a few I've fixed to get parts for the give-aways. And, on my website I keep a fixit page in my links area for people to find some way to solve some problems themselves. If you care to look at it, you can. www.8ballpalace.com   I mostly don't know a lot about linux systems, and work with windows O/s's . I have Ubunto on one HD I try to work with when I can, a nice system , but can't figure out how to get it on my dial up service, LOL. Maybe I can learn a little more about it here at free geek .
